According to the plastic material, they can be classified into PE blown bottles (solid colors are mostly used for softer materials and formed in one process), PP blown bottles (solid colors are mostly used for harder materials and formed in one process), PET blown bottles (with good light transmittance, widely used in toners and hair care products, an environmentally friendly material, formed in two processes), and PETG blown bottles (with better light transmittance than PET, but not commonly used in China, high cost, high product cost, formed in one process There is less non-recyclable material.
Combination form: Blow bottle + inner stopper (commonly used for PP and PE materials) + outer cap (commonly used for PP, ABS and acrylic, also electroplated and electroplated aluminum, mostly used for oil spray toner) or pump head outer cover (commonly used for essence and lotion), + long-lasting cap + flip cap (flip cap and long-lasting cap are mostly used in large-scale daily chemical production lines).
B. Blow molding process:
The bottle body: Solid colors are mostly used for PP and PE material bottle bodies, while transparent colors or colored transparency are more commonly used for PETG, PET and PVC materials, giving a sense of transparency and solid colors are less frequently used. The PET material bottle body can also be sprayed with color.
Printing: Screen printing and hot stamping of gold and silver.
(4) Pump head
The dispensers are divided into two types: the screw-top type and the screw-top type. In terms of function, they are further classified into spray, foundation cream, emulsion pump, aerosol valve and vacuum bottle
2. The size of the pump head is determined by the diameter of the bottle. The spray specification is 12.5mm - 24mm, and the water output is 0.1ml - 0.2ml per time. It is generally used on the packaging of products such as perfume and gel water. The length of the connecting pipe with the same diameter can be determined according to the height of the bottle.
3. The emulsion pump has a wide range of specifications from 16ml to 38ml, with a water output of 0.28ml/ time to 3.1ml/ time. It is generally used for cream and washing products.
4. Vacuum bottles are usually cylindrical in shape, with specifications ranging from 15ml to 50ml, and some even have 100ml. Their overall capacity is relatively small. They operate based on the principle of atmospheric pressure, which can prevent cosmetics from being contaminated during use. Vacuum bottles are made of aluminum foil, plastic electroplating, and colored plastic. Their prices are higher than those of other common containers, and the general order quantity requirements are not high.
5. PP material is widely used. (Production machine: injection molding machine) The outer ring is also made of electroplated aluminum sleeve and electroplated. It can also be gilded or silvered.
(1) Classified by the function of the bottle body
A. The pump head of the vacuum bottle does not require A suction tube and is equipped with an outer cover
B. For the pump head of a regular bottle, a suction pipe is required. + Cover or no cover.
(2) Classified by the function of the pump head
A. Lotion pump head (Suitable for emulsion-like contents, such as lotion, body wash, shampoo)
B. Spray pump head (suitable for water-like contents, such as spray, toner)
3. Classified by appearance
A. The pump head has A cover, and the outer cover serves a protective function. (Suitable for products with relatively small capacity) Within 100ml.
B. The pump head without a cover is specially designed to be locked, preventing the contents from flowing out due to squeezing, providing protection and facilitating portability. Reduce costs. (Products that prefer capacity comparison.)" For products with a capacity of over 100ml, the pump heads of body washes and shampoos in the daily chemical line are mostly designed without outer covers.
4. According to the manufacturing process, there are
A. Electroplated pump head
B. Aluminum carbide pump head
C. Plastic pump head
(5) Outer cover
PP material is mostly used, but PS, ABC material and acrylic material are also available. (Production machine: injection molding machine, classified by structure as double-layer cover:
A. PP inner cover +PS and acrylic outer cover
B. PP inner cover + outer cover electroplated with PP and ABS materials
C. PP inner cover + aluminum foil outer cover
D. PP inner cover +PP or ABS oil-sprayed outer cover
Single-layer cover: PP material is commonly used
Process: The edges of the covers can be gold-embossed or silver-embossed and sprayed with oil
The inner cover of the double-layer lid can be silk-screened with the logo, while the outer cover is transparent to show the effect. The outer cover is made of electroplated aluminum with embossed logo
